Noah Funk (Ryan Robbins) has just been elected Mennonite pastor, and already he is faced with an unexpectedly difficult task. His congregation includes members who control one of the most efficient drug smuggling rings in North America. To rid his congregation of the criminal scourge, Noah wants to destroy the drug ring from within. But his actions conjure up unforeseen consequences....
